The quarterly model allows capacity to shift according to active campaigns rather than forcing the same workload every month.

A production day may also generate assets for multiple campaigns or future uses.

06 — Additional Capacity

When the quarter
gets bigger.

The quarterly structure provides a defined level of production capacity while maintaining flexibility throughout the 90-day period.

Where The Orasea's requirements exceed the production or post-production capacity included in the selected tier, additional work can be accommodated subject to availability.

Additional production requirements

Additional work will be quoted separately based on the scope, complexity and production requirements of the specific project. This may include larger-scale productions, extended production requirements, additional crew, specialist equipment, complex post-production, travel or other production logistics.

07 — Partnership Terms

Clear boundaries keep
the partnership sustainable.

Scheduling

Production days will be scheduled collaboratively according to campaign requirements and production availability.

Production Capacity

The selected quarterly tier defines the total production and editing capacity available during the 90-day period.

Travel & Logistics

Travel outside the agreed operating area, accommodation, transportation and significant third-party production costs will be handled separately where applicable.

Raw Files

RAW photography files and unedited footage are not automatically included as final deliverables unless specifically agreed.

Usage

Final approved deliverables may be used by The Orasea for its brand, marketing, communications and campaign activities.

Quarterly Review

The partnership can be reviewed at the end of each 90-day period and adjusted according to actual production requirements.
