Meet Kwadwo.

Photographer. Visual storyteller. Healthcare professional.

I am Kwadwo Adjei Yeboah Fofie, a Ghanaian photographer and the creative lead behind K2SHOTIT.

I have been photographing professionally since 2017, working across corporate, professional, community and documentary environments.

My professional background is in healthcare. As a registered pharmacist and health-systems professional, I have spent years working alongside healthcare professionals and within healthcare facilities across Ghana.

That combination has shaped how I approach photography — with professionalism, discretion, curiosity and a genuine interest in the people behind the work.

Why healthcare matters to my work

I understand the environment behind the image.

Before photography became my primary creative pursuit, I built my professional career in healthcare.

As a registered pharmacist, health-systems professional and field trainer, I have spent years working alongside healthcare professionals and within healthcare facilities across Ghana.

That experience informs how I photograph healthcare environments — understanding that the people in front of the camera are not simply subjects, but patients, professionals, families, communities and people with stories of their own.
