K2SHOTIT PHOTOGRAPHER CONTRACT
Agreement Terms
Scope of Work:
This engagement covers photography services for the Graduation Ceremony of a Training Institute, scheduled for Saturday, 23rd August 2025, in Tema.
The event begins at 9:00 AM and is expected to last approximately 4 to 5 hours.
The photographer will:
Capture high-quality photographs throughout the ceremony.
Ensure all key individuals who mount the stage are photographed.
Capture candid shots of the audience, highlighting moments of interaction and emotion.
Shoot in RAW format and submit all raw files to K2SHOTIT’s editing team within 24 hours of the event.
Use a full-frame DSLR/Mirrorless camera (preferably Canon 5D Mark III / 6d Mark II / EOS R) with at least two lenses: a wide-angle and either a prime or telephoto zoom. Considering the nature of the hall, the photographer is advised to use a speedlight or strobe to ensure proper lighting.
After the ceremony, graduates may request family/group photos. The photographer may offer these as an additional paid service, with rates set at their discretion.
Compensation:
The photographer will be compensated GHS 1000 for event coverage.
70% deposit is payable prior to the event to confirm the booking.
The remaining 30% balance is payable within 48 hours of file submission and successful evaluation by the editing team.
Deliverables:
- All raw files must be submitted via Google Drive, flash drive, or external hard disk within the stipulated time frame.
Rights and Usage:
All images remain the property of K2SHOTIT.
The photographer grants K2SHOTIT the right to edit, use, and distribute the images as deemed appropriate.
Confidentiality:
- The photographer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information encountered during the course of this engagement.
Cancellation Policy:
If the event is canceled, K2SHOTIT will notify the photographer at least 72 hours in advance.
If the photographer is unable to attend, they must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to K2SHOTIT.
