Agreement Terms

1. Scope of Work:

   • Photographer agrees to capture high-quality photos during the event.
   • Photographer will shoot in RAW format and submit all raw files to K2SHOTIT’s editing team within 24 hours of the event.
   • Photographer agrees to shoot with a full frame DSLR/Mirrorless camera, preferrably with a Canon 5D Mark III / EOS R and at least 2 lenses: One wide angle lens and a prime lens

2. Compensation:

   • Photographer will be compensated 300GH for their services.
   • A deposit of 50% of the agreed compensation shall be made before the event. The remaining 50% shall be paid within 48hrs of submission of the files and subsequent evaluation by the editing team.

3. Deliverables:

   • All raw files must be submitted via google drive/ a flashdrive / a hard disk 

4. Rights and Usage:

   • Photographer agrees that K2SHOTIT retains all rights to the images.
   • Photographer grants K2SHOTIT the right to use and edit the images as needed.

5. Confidentiality:

   • Photographer agrees to maintain confidentiality about any proprietary information shared during the event.

6. Cancellation Policy:

   • If the event is canceled, K2SHOTIT will notify the photographer at least 72 hours before the event.
   • If the photographer cannot attend the event, they must inform K2SHOTIT at least 72 hours earlier
