Submit your event details below. Your booking is not confirmed until the required retainer is paid.
Before you book.
01 — Confirmation Your booking is not confirmed until the 80% retainer is paid. The remaining 20% is due no later than 3 days before the event.
02 — Cancellation If the client cancels, the cancellation fee is 50% of the retainer fee.
03 — Booth use The booth is intended for adults. Minors may use it only with appropriate parent/guardian supervision and consent.
04 — Safety Guests use the booth at their own risk. K2SHOTIT is not responsible for injuries or damages arising from improper use.
05 — Conduct K2SHOTIT may remove users from the booth/event for inappropriate, offensive, unsafe or unlawful activity.
06 — Content Content captured by the booth may be used, edited and distributed by K2SHOTIT for marketing and promotional purposes.
07 — Service The 360° booth includes setup, breakdown and a company representative/operator. Transportation may be arranged separately.
08 — Changes These terms and service details may be updated by K2SHOTIT when necessary.
